If you're a creative freelancer struggling to get clients and earn a consistent income, then you know firsthand that your technical abilities can only get you so far when it comes to the success of your business.

If talent could pay the bills, people all over the place would be happy campers.

If you’re a creative freelancer, you probably already know firsthand that your portfolio is the most critical piece of the puzzle when it comes to getting consistent client work. …But it’s only one piece. Your portfolio proves your technical abilities, but the strength of your business structure proves your sustainability and endurance.

Having a freelance business plan and systems in place will completely change the way you view working independently.

Yes, completely. Your business plan will influence the portfolio you craft, the clients you work with, the amount of hours you devote to working, the way you market yourself, and how you view making money in general from your skills. By building out these systems and fully understanding the inner workings of your freelance business, you will:

  • Attract (and find) your ideal clients

  • Be able to charge more

  • Increase and regulate your income consistency

  • Boost self-confidence

  • Ease client communications and work-flow

  • Save time (and lots of it)

  • Build a powerful community around your work

Welcome to Freelance 101

    • WEEK 10: FINALS

Your Investment

If you’ve made it this far on the sales page, you’re ready to talk about the investment. ↓

Let's start this course out on a practical note, shall we? A part of this course is all about managing expenses and finances and I want to help you do just that. Here's the thing: enrolling in Freelance 101 and following through with the material is an investment in your business and in yourself.

Want my advice? Any and every time I make an investment in my business, I ask myself: will this investment pay for itself and if so, how long will it take for me to get a return on that investment?

I'm confident that you can earn back the money you invested (plus more) within a few months of putting your new business plan into action.

  • Who is this class for?

Anyone serious about taking their creative skills and turning them into a profitable freelance business. This includes (but isn't limited to): graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, calligraphers & letterers, web designers, UX Designers, writers, painters, etc.

  • Who is this class NOT for?

Anyone looking to get rich or famous quickly 🤪 Building a successful freelance business takes a lot of hard work, focus, and dedication. This is EXACTLY why the class is structured like a college course... over the course of a full semester.

But, for real, the hard work pays off. Promise.

  • When will the course content become available?

Upon enrollment, students will gain instant access to the private Freelance 101 facebook community where they can mingle and meet students as they enroll for the upcoming semester.

The fall semester starts on September 30th, 2019 at 10a EST. Each week following, course content will become available within the course dashboard. Once the content has been dripped, students have forever access to everything.

  • When does this semester start and end?

    Semester Begins: Sept. 30th, 2019 @ 10a EST

Semester Ends: Whenever you want it to end. You can take the course at your own pace but I recommended staying consistent and taking one class per week over the course of 10 weeks.

  • What do I get when I enroll in this course?

This e-course is hosted completely online so you can take all the classes at your own pace, all from home. The course is structured as a "semester", where you'll tune in each week for a new class. In its entirety, this course includes:

Ten weeks of classes geared towards building out your freelance business. Classes vary in length but you can expect to devote between 1-3 hours each week over the course of the semester.

Workbooks, downloads, and homework assignments for each week.

Perpetual access to the Freelance 101 private facebook community where you can ask questions and connect with your classmates.

  • I can't afford to sign up right now. Will there be another round of early bird pricing?

Sorry, the early bird pricing closes on August 31st, 2019 at 11:59p EST.

Registration will re-open at full price upon the start of the semester, September 30th, and remain open for one week before completely closing registration for the year.

  • Do you offer refunds if I don't like the course after signing up?

Totally. If you're not 100% satisfied with the course, contact us directly at molly@mollyjacques.com within the first 60 days of enrollment for a FULL refund.

  • Do I need previous experience to take this course?

Nope. No previous experience is needed. In fact, you can take this course if you're a totally beginner OR if you've already been freelancing for years! The content taught here is applicable at any point in your career.

  • How long will I have access to this course?

As long as you like. Students gain access indefinitely ✌️
